We made it!
We landed at 7:30 am Swiss time or 1:30 am east coast time. What a flight, the kids barley slept! Remy was hyper-stimulated from the excitement of going on an adventure and Micah, poor baby, has an ear infection.
Apart from the usual kid stuff it was a good flight and we're thankful for that.
Highlights from today:
-When we got off the plane in Zurich the steward asked us if we were home.
-Remy telling me, "hey mom, you know we're in Switzerland!"
-Micah squealing and clapping from the excitement of it all.
-Remy flushing the toilet and asking, "when I flush, is the toilet gonna say 'yodle-a-poo-poo?'"
-Home cooked meal from Reto and Judy and our kids having fun playing together.
-Remy and Micah passing out for the night on the way back from their house.
Day one was a success!
